چکیده

The increasing integration of decentralized production from renewable energies on the electricity grids should contribute to improving stability and quality energy produced. The main objective this work is prove how sources can improve electrical in grid. In particular, controlled by oriented flux technique, a double - feed induction generator DFIG driven wind turbine together used produce active power network compensate currentharmonics generated non linear load, which leads supplied quality. Active filtering function consists first all identifying current harmonics using theory instantaneous reactive powers (PQ). Then, closed loop based fast terminal sliding mode control (FTSMC) allows both follow optimal operating point for harmonics. analysis simulation results MATLAB/Simulink confirm effectiveness limits proposed methods also show performances law provides flexibility, high precision response.

Sensor Fault Tolerant Control For DFIG With WECS
Wind Energy Conversion Systems are the most striking renewable energy resources available to generate the electricity. Doubly-fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based wind turbine with variable speed is the most common wind turbine in the growing wind market. In any WECS, power flow must be maintained at all instant irrespective of any fault in the system. This paper deals with fault tolerant contr...
متن کاملFPGA-based reconfigurable control for switch fault tolerant operation of WECS with DFIG without redundancy
This paper deals with reconfigurable back-to-back converter topology and control orders in Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS). A typical WECS with Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) in balanced conditions is concerned. Based on the classical topology, a fault tolerant converter without any redundancy has been studied. The presented fault tolerant topology allows a “five-leg” structure wit...

This paper focuses on improving the active and reactive power control of Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) by employing the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and controlling the frequency and voltage regulation instantaneously. The proposed power control scheme is composed of two control loops so that they are implemented and designed for active power control and controlling the reactive ...
متن کاملControl of a wind energy conversion system equipped by a DFIG for active power generation and power quality improvement
The aim of this paper is to improve the reactive power compensation and active filtering capability of a Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS). The proposed algorithm is applied to a Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) with a stator directly connected to the grid and a rotor connected to the grid through a back-to-back AC-DC-AC PWM converter. The control strategy of the Rotor Side Converter (R...
